We are pleased to announce our Evening Lecture on Saturday, 17th Dec 2022 at 05:30 PM onwards on a topic “RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005” at NMA House C-20/6A,Sector-62 Noida . This lecture is going to be delivered by none other than our own very senior life member Prof. (Brigadier) Ramesh Chandra. He is a veteran of the Corps of Signals Indian Armywho  on superannuation from the Army after 35 years of unblemished record of  service has further added over 22 years of rich experience of corporate and educational sector at the level of Vice President / Plant Head/ Dean/ Professor (HR, OB & Strategy). For the last 10 years, he has also been very popular free lance registered Corporate Trainer & Executive Coach (Soft Skills) with many Maharatna PSUs, MNCs, private companies and  educational institutes / universities Pan India as his worthy clients.

For a healthy functioning of modern democracy, an uninformed citizen  can not possibly be expected to be good citizen. Hence the government enacted  the Right to Information Act, 2005.  Although this act has been in existence for the last 17 years, but many of us are ignorant of its contents and really do not know how a common citizen has been empowered by its enactment. It is a very powerful tool to bring transparency and usher an era of accountability,especially of the government. The Act empowers people to get the information and  recordsetcof the government and other authorities as a matter of right. 

There are two main stakeholders in provision of information, the information seeker i.e. citizens and information provider i.e. public authorities including government funded NGOs. The worthy speaker  is going to cover up  all possible aspects of this Act which will be helpful to any common citizen in seeking information, such as how to apply, where to apply, how much fee is to be paid, and in case information is delayed or denied or is believed to be incorrect, then where and how to file appeal  etc. 

Besides  covering all aspects of the Act, he is also going to narrate some interesting facts and  success stories of this  wonderful tool in your hand.The topic being of very general nature and its coverage without using any technical jargons, it may be of interest and knowledge to the families also of our worthy members. Noida Management Association has been organizing host of different programs for the benefit of its member from time to time . On demand of members , we are organizing an Evening Workshop on “Stress Management ”, on 18th November 2022 in NMA House at 06 PM onwards . 

The Speaker is Dr Yogendra Singh , Professor and Head DMS , JSS Academy of Technical Education , Noida . Dr Singh has completed his Ph.D.in management and has written several books on Marketing ,Management ,Organizational Behavior, Economics ,Human Values and Industrial Sociology . 

Right from the time of birth till the last breath drawn , an individual is invariably exposed to various stressful situations .As we know in our present life style, we are living with high levels of stress and putting our life at high risk. Stress creates havoc on our physical health, narrows our ability to think clearly and function effectively. So Stress Management help us live happier, healthier and more productive.

Today’s presentation shall consist of the subject as under : 

  1)Why do certain things make us feel Stressed . 

  2)How Stress affect the Human Body , Behavior , Emotions and Mind . 

  3)How Stress produce in Human Body biologically and finally how can be  overcome the above .
