This topic holds great relevance today, as industries grapple with rising manpower costs and a shortage of skilled workforce. The Apprenticeship Scheme offers a practical, dual benefit: relief from statutory liabilities and direct government incentives, significantly impacting workforce cost optimization.
To raise awareness and encourage adoption, we have invited experts from NMA, State Government, NSDC, and VONE India Services Pvt. Ltd. (An Apprenticeship TPA) to share insights on key initiatives such as the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
