We are pleased to announce our next program on 17^th June 2023 in NMA House from 4PM to 6PM. There are two eminent speakers on the subject “Shaping Mind, Body and Soul for Work Life Balance” Ms. Suneet Kaur is a Wellness and Life Style Coach. She is a B. Sc. (Home Science), M. Sc. (Foods & Nutrition), Bhopal University and a B. Ed. Annamalai University. She has over 21 years’ experience in Dietary Counselling, Wellness & Life Style Management. She has worked with VLCC a premier wellness/ healthcare company, pioneer in drug-free slimming and beauty therapies. Her emphasis is on wellness through active pursuit of activities & lifestyles modifications that lead to a state of Holistic Wellness.

Dr. Neha Vasisht Karki is the Founder President -Women Health Research Foundation and Founder - Holistic Healthcare foundation which is an NGO in Noida. She is a PhD in infertility and pregnancy. She has been in the yoga arena from the last 15 years.  She has worked with various hospitals like Medanta, Apollo, Fortis, Neelkanth, J P Hospital. Her emphasis has been on “use yoga as preventive therapy to achieve holistic health.
