Prof. (Dr.) Paritosh Mishra, is Professor at Amity Business School, w.e.f. 6^thJanuary 2020.  He has 36years of work experience, out of which 33 years has been as an HR professional with Industry and he has functioned as HR Headat Functional or Regional  or Group Level in different kinds of Companies such as  AES India, a Fortune 500 American Multinational Power Company, NTPC, a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, and Reliance Industries, one of the biggest Private Sector Company in India. Dr. Mishra was conferred with Gold Award for Outstanding Achievement as HR Leader by Greentech Foundation in 2015 and with the honours of one of the “50 Most Talented Global HR Leaders in Asia” by World HRD Congress, in 2014.

He has authored two books published through Taylor & Francis, New York, besides several research papers. He is a Life Member of NMA and has functioned as its Secretary and Treasurer for several terms.

He is an M.A. and M. Phil.  from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Ph. D. from Amity Business School, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh.
