As you know,
Noida Management Association is organising varieties of programs related to its
Members and Industries. This time we propose to organise a program on "The
Psychodynamics of Wellness in Corporate World". The program shall be held
on 12th August 2023 in NMA House from 4.15 PM to 6.30 PM. There are two
speakers who shall be interacting with the participants. Dr.Vibha Verma
Co-founder, VA Academy has over 20 years of experience in Corporate World and
is a certified Trainer in medical Coding. The other speaker is Dr Rashmi Nagpal
Arora. She is a Master Trainer in Meta
health. As you know employees health plays a direct role in the overall success
of the company. It determines how well a company is equipped to meet adversity
and overcome various challenges. Having a positive state of mind to handle
various work challenges is a must to enable workers to handle emotional events
and triggers effectively. This will help them to handle or avoid any disastrous
consequences. The ability to handle
emotions at workplace helps in empathizing with coworkers and improves social
as well as cognitive skills. This is a
very relevant and important program and a must attend one.
