Noida
Management Association has been organizing host of different programs for the
benefit of its members from time to time . On demand of members, we are
organizing an Evening Workshop on “Ethics in Management” on 20th May 2023 in
NMA House at 06 PM onwards.
The Speaker is Shri V.N Rai, an eminent
scholar, professional and a technocrat. An unique opportunity for NMA members
to listen him. Shri Rai, a dedicated, result oriented and dynamic professional
with over 5 decades of experience including 16 years at the level of Chairman and Managing Director of various
Public Sector Companies as well as Dean of School of Business and
Administration, B. Tech (Hons) and P.G Diploma in Management. A well known turn
around strategist and much more. The profile
of Shri V.N Rai is enclosed below.
Ethics in Management occupies an important
place in the organization for running the business successfully. The recent
governance issue involving companies in India and abroad have raised loud cries
for effective teaching of business ethics in Business Schools
and Management training programmes. The issues are direct reflection
of deep seated and chronic problems embedded in our governance and people management systems
and practices.

A dedicated, result oriented and dynamic
professional with over 4 decades of experience including 16 years at the level
of Chairman & Managing Director/Chairman/Advisor and Member of Board of
Directors of various companies. Have been CMD of 4 PSU’s, MD of 1 Cooperative,
Chairman of a Joint Venture abroad, Advisor of a Cooperative and Dean at a
school of Business & Administration. A BTech (Hons.) in Mechanical from
IIT, Bombay, PG Diploma in IR & PM and PG Diploma in Management; last has
been associated with Graduate School of Business & Administration, Greater
Noida as Dean and Professor; played a key role in increasing students strength
of MBA from120 to 240, Well known turnaround strategist in fertilizer industry,
